ALX 1000 GREASE (ALUMINUM-COMPLEX)
ALX 1000 GREASE is a premium high quality temperatures grease formulated with extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear package, fortified with synergistic combination with powerful balanced blend of Aluminum- Complex and solid lubricants (Copper, MOS2 and Graphite ) in a heavy duty, high film strength virgin base oil and does not contain any asphalt or chlorinated solvent.
This product has been developed to withstand extremely heavy load, slow moving, large open gear drives operating in very hostile environments. Due to its high solid content and non-melting thickener it will not slide down the shank of the tool during its operation.
Applications
Versatile heavily loaded applications for Ball, roller, sleeve bearings, open running Gears drives, Steel, Sugar mills bearings, Cement mill journals, chemical plants, paper mills, Mining, Process Plants, where Crushers, Screens and kilns are operated at high temperatures.
ALX 1000 GREASE is typically used in those applications where bearings are exposed to high shock loads and vibration, high temperature & speed both exist in indoors and outdoors, in both cold and high temperature applications.

AP3, AP-2, MP3 LONG LIFE GREASE
It is premium quality lithium soap based multifunctional grease processed from premium quality base oil and chemicals, also having high water resistance properties. It contains special chemical additives which enhanced oxidation resistance and special type of polymer to withstand oil separation.
Applications
Passenger cars, vans, trucks, farm tractors and general industrial equipment, machine tools and home appliances.
It is recommended for the lubrication of automotive chassis fittings and bearings and for general industrial lubrication where service conditions are moderate.

FIBROL PETROLEUM Calcium & Aluminum Graphite Greases is manufactured from premium quality calcium soap or aluminum Soap greases fortified with fine with micronized graphite powdered to give excellent lubrication in sliding friction conditions and to with stand high load.
Calcium & Aluminum Graphite is used for low temperature application & where water resistance is required with high load application. It is highly resistant to water and have good mechanical stability.
Graphite present in the grease forms a thin layer on matting surface & reduce fraction.

EPL GREASE (LITHIUM)
FIBROL PETROLEUM is a premium grease designed for constructions, automotive and industrial applications. They also contain Lithium and antioxidants, anti corrosion and EP additives together provides protection against rust and oxidation grease for plain and anti-friction bearings.
These greases are suitable for good performance in the areas of corrosion protection, low temperature pump ability and high temperature service life.
Applications
FIBROL PETROLEUM EPL-0 and EPL-1 provide good low temperature pump ability and are suitable for centralized lubrication and other applications where low temperature performance is required.

HTXX 400 & 800 GREASE
FIBROL PETROLEUM FP HTXX 400 & 800 greases is formulated with advanced calcium sulfonate thickener technology & Graphite [Nano particles] for better high load carrying, extreme temperature properties along with compatible friction modifier ,EP additive, rust and oxidation inhibitors are specifically designed for steel and peppermills applications.
Compared to conventional soap-base thickeners (i.e. lithium, aluminum, calcium soaps), the calcium sulfonate thickener used in FIBROL PETROLEUM FP HTXX 400 & 800 excels in water saturated environments, providing rust protection between long re-lubrication intervals.
FIBROL PETROLEUM FP HTXX 400 & 800 greases provide a balanced combination of water washout and water spray-off resistance, as well as excellent corrosion protection, in these severely wet environments.

MOLEX EP GREASE
MOLEX EP GREASE is smooth & tacky with high quality mineral oil & lithium soap based grease incorporating multifunctional, EP (extreme pressure) additives, finely dispersed with graphite and pure molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), assures long re-greasing intervals when this kind of operation is impossible or must be delayed.
It adhesive is firmly to metal surfaces, filling the micro cavities to its excellent adhesion properties. These grease resistance to water washout and the anti corrosive properties is suitable for application exposed to wet environment and in presence of water.
It is suitable rolling bearings, wire ropes subjected to extreme mechanical or thermal stress such even in presence of vibrations. It can be used on worksites as universal suitable for both heavy machinery and for parts when the plant is in operation and can be lubricated only at the beginning of every work turn.

PD GREASE LITHEUM COMPLEX
FIBROL PETROLEUM PD GREASE is high performance Lithium-based grease with incorporating high dosage of Microflux Trans (MFT) a improvement additive system.
